How can I get the validator I operate off of the poor performers list?

There's only one way to get off of this list: to improve performance of your validator so that it's no longer "one of the worst performers in Solana".

The longer your validator has been on this list, the longer it will take to get off of it, because improved performance will take time to "offset" the bad performance to a degree that the average exceeds all poor performance thresholds.

Similarly, the worse your validator's performance has been, the longer it will take to get off the list, and for the same reason.

You need to be able to analyze your validator's performance and figure out what aspects are contributing to the problems. Some reasons which have been known to cause poor performance:

If you can't figure out your issues, then your best bet is to ask questions in the Solana Tech Discord. However - please be sure that you ask reasonable questions, that include succinct summaries of what your problem is, what you've already learned from your own analysis, what your expectations are, etc.

Poorly formed questions like "someone please help me" without sufficient details are going to be ignored there, so don't ask them!

There is a page that lists validators not on the poor performance list; validator operators can check this page to ensure that their metrics are sound and not likely to lead to ending up on the poor performance list: Solana Good Performers List.
